November 2009

Annabel came for a weekend visit and we travelled to Portglenone to collect a sign for her sister at Metal Imagineers
The workshop with Billy, the maker of the signs  Annabel pointing at the sign for Vaselund
Some of you may consider us (me) crazy, but we have adopted a dog from Dogs Trust , a rescue center in Ballymena  On the left is Sprite - Guinness on the right with Samantha from Dogs Trust
Poul with Sprite on a visit to Dogs Trust
SPRITE is a 19mths old girl - labrador/springer spaniel cross (also known as a springador). She comes from a family emigrating to Australia and unfortunately for Sprite they were unable to pay for transport and quarantine.  She is now part of our family and Guinness (on the right)is putting her in her place!
The sofa is now very busy - don't know who is enjoying it more - Poul or the dogs..
Making friends  This illustrates the difference in energy levels
Sprite is still up for a game after a long play in the garden
Wheras Guinness is ready for a nap
